Pipal Tree was opening its sister restaurant, Pipal Leaf, and needed a social media strategy to connect with its audience and expand its customer base.
With an aggressive social media plan we manage to outperform the average number of customers expected, even before opening or having a menu, the business was fully booked for the first two weeks.
How did we do it?
First, we trained the in-house team to combine ordinary actions with back-end actions, while they learned what was most beneficial for their business on social media, we focused on mapping out and testing the different techniques available for the type of business we were dealing with.
We studied Pipal Leaf’s direct competition and target audience, how did we do that? We analyzed all the businesses that provided a very similar service in the area, we got a list of the most active customers in local businesses, we ran ads to create audiences with our target audience, through blackhat techniques and the use of social networks, we managed to reach the perfect customer, which temporarily paused the strategy until the business could accommodate its new customers.
By identifying the key aspects of the business, the preferences of their customers and how they interacted on social media, we were able to create a brand that appealed directly to the company’s target audience, this allowed us to position both businesses among the top 10 restaurants in Bristol on Tripadvisor in record time.
